A fantastic pub/restaurant, large car park, lovely views from the rear and decking over the valley, close to County Hall and the train station. Wide ranging traditional menu and great bar stocked with great ales, great food and traditional ambiance. Well worth a visit to eat or drink.

The County Arms is on the outskirts of Truro near to Sainsbury's supermarket. The food served is good value and generally is quite good quality. Unfortunately the last time I went to the County Arms I and my family felt the food was not as good as it once was. The burger I had did not seem to be cooked all the way through and we did have to ask for them to take it back which they did so and gave a new burger at a reduced price. The waiters/waitresses are usually helpful and do a good job. Overall I think the County Arms is a decent restaurant for the money you pay.

Top place. very inexpensive with meal deals, etc. Good local ales, beer garden, good views f the surrounding valley, car park and friendly staff.

Went for a meal there and the service was very efficient and the food,well I couldn't fault it,I had rib-eye steak with the usual trimmings and it was so tender I didn't really need the steak knife.The atmostphere was so relaxing,it was just like being at home.I would not hesitate to go there again.
